Applecrest Farm

Saturday October 9th started with a trip to Applecrest Farm with some of Ethan's friends from school and ended in the ultimate sleep over! We met Kyle and Henry their parents and Henry's little sister Hannah at the farm for all sorts of fun. We started out with cider donuts and then went for a hayride.




After that we hit the orchards for another round of apple picking. It's so much fun to do this with kids. They did great!

The mac's and cortland's were in these bins because it was so late in the season. It's much easier to pick out of these.

4 hot dogs please!!

These 3 munchkins (and their families!) had a blast together.

After we wrapped things up at the farm, 3 booster seats went into Cheryl and Ty's car and the boys were taken back to the Tufts' for a sleep over! They played lots of Star Wars, went out for ice cream and watched Clone Wars. Ethan is now obsessed with Star Wars! They were in bed by 10 and slept until 6:30-ish so it wasn't a terrible night's sleep. Sunday morning they played some more and then all had lunch at The Rainforest Cafe. It was great fun for the boys and a great break for us parents too! I picked up Ethan at the Burlington Mall after their lunch and he was a walking zombie! He napped for almost 3 hours and still went to bed early.
