Easter Weekend

That picture pretty much sums it all up. It was a beautiful weekend on Ol' Cape Cod. This is Rock Harbor in Orleans. It was beautiful but a bit chilly so we didn't spend much time on the beach but it felt great to see the sun and be outside!

Before Rock Harbor, we went back to Welfleet to see the boat that had washed up back in January. I hadn't bought the disposable yet, so we didn't get any pictures but the beach is reclaiming the wreck at quite a rate. So much of it was under sand already and it's only been about 2 months.

I love this picture of Ethan. He looks like he's got some serious attitude. Like he's ready to rock this beach thing hardcore.

Sunday morning we went to see Grandpa Cliff and couldn't resist some more time outside.



The water was so calm and clear. It was another gorgeous day.





Ethan was very popular with Sedona and Henry this weekend. He really likes to feed them and they love to pick up what he drops too.



Sunday afternoon we went for a long walk on the trails by Scorton Creek. It was our first trip out with the new backpack. Unfortunately, most of the pictures are overexposed, but here's another of the man in his outdoor gear. He's always wearing the same outfit!



We had fun watching basketball all weekend and hanging out with Grandma Jan and Auntie Jamie.





The only bad thing I have to say about the weekend was the trip home that took 2.5 hours due to traffic. We are all looking forward to many more sunny weekends!!
