Tonight, Steve made eggplant parmesan for dinner. It's one of the few meals that all 4 of us will eat! Ethan was whining, whining, whining that he did not want to eat it. Eventually he told me he didn't want to eat it tonight but would eat it tomorrow night. I asked him if he was serious, he said yes and so...I put him under contract.

Update: I gave Ethan 2 "disks" and he ate 1 after I peeled the skin off. I was happy with that!
